Join the Columbia Land Conservancy for an event this May

GoCoCo and explore trails while making new friends.

Events sell out quickly, pre-registration is strongly encouraged.

This May, the Columbia Land Conservancy (CLC) is hosting several fun, educational, and family-friendly events!

These include:

• A launch party for GoCoCo at the CLC Office in Chatham, May 3 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
• An evening of mindfulness meditation at Overmountain in Ancram, May 8 from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
• A morning with the library walking club at the Harris property in Austerlitz, May 16 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
• A tree planting celebration to kick off the start of the volunteer season at a yet-to-be opened property in Taghkanic, May 17 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
• A trip to Land Camp: Forest management at Schor in East Chatham, May 22 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
• A morning of spring migration birding with the Alan Devoe Bird Club at Hand Hollow in East Chatham, May 24 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
• An afternoon volunteer work party at Schor in East Chatham, May 28 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
• An afternoon with Tom Wessels to learn about reading the forested landscape at Greenport in Hudson, May 31 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
